Face to FaceCancellation Policy
If the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hrs prior to a session, 50% of the fee will be charged unless there are extenuating circumstances. The counsellor will decide if it is an extenuating situation. If the appointment is not attended without notice, the full session fee will be charged.
